About Jeffery McLamb


Jeffery Mclamb is a Native of Indiana; his journey began about 25 years ago with a growing passion to do more to help our youth to excel beyond their limits, helping them to realize their potential and reach some goals in life. 

Jeffery McLamb has over 25 year of experience part owner of business throughout his career: footprint cleaning services, humble service Café, Lovely Estate housing, and Lovelylawns and landscaping where we specialize in landscaping design and commercial property management where we contribute to given back to the community by hiring young men to teach them a trade.

Jeffery required a Bachelor of Science Management degree at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016.  

 Jeffery worked with the Head Start Program for early Childhood education as a Board member in 2009-2011 Indianapolis, IN helping single parents who could not afford daycare, school activities, and vouchers for food while coaching parents on how to be involved in an impactful way. 

 Jeffery McLamb was chosen to participate and be a part of a training seminar for Head Start in Dallas Texas, held by the National Convention which educates future leaders of today. 

Jeff also worked 1997-2000 at Indianapolis Public school as a Coordinator assisting the Vice Principal in establishing and developing proper disciplinary actions that may be required in school suspension or parent conference.  Jeff also coordinated 7th and 8th grade sports activities, which consisted of coaching and arranging parents support team.

Jeffery also helped facilitate summer programs National Youth sport Program 1995 and 1996 at Marion University supervising over six hundred kids a day from ages 10-18 on sport activities and educational programs. In addition Jeffery supervised age 14-18 on behavior issues plus implemented strategies on working together and team building, solving problems and learning about leadership and working toward reaching goals.  

Jeffery also worked with the annual summer programs all pro dads 2010 and 2012 that were sponsored by Tony Dungy and carried out by Jim Caldwell highlighting the fundamentals of fatherhood through a variety of learning sport activities that supports men in their roles as fathers. 

Jeffery helped facilitate Broken chain ministry at Blended Church 2009-2012 ReEntry men prison also as a board member to establish residency with a Government development program that will reform them back into society and job skills that are needed to establish a new being. 

Currently Jeffery also supervised a mentoring program for youth ages 16 to 18 for Lovelylawns and landscaping that help them to develop skills in commercial landscaping while learning how to operate heavy equipment.  Jeff is currently a facilitator at Blended Church where he supervises and teaches children educating them on biblical principles, while utilizing a variety of spiritual activities that will highlight their growth and their development for the future of their lives. Jeffery's Goal is to inspire and cultivate our teens to dream big! 

Jeffery believes that life is filled with opportunities and we must be willing to provide direction so that our youth know where to look. Learning how to be grateful is the essence of life, if you can touch someone else’s the moment is priceless.
